- Baffles to form 6 compartments
- Sandblasted internally and externally.
- Primed with Wattyl EP universal primer (2 pack) and top coated with Wattyl sigmadur 540, (this is the same paint system used by Dampier Salt.) Internally painted with Wattyl Supaguard EHB epoxy for potable water
- 3 x air operated butterfly valves with camlocked spray heads operated from Truck Cab
- Spare flanged outlet for optional remote control water cannon
- 76mm Hot Dip galvanised pipe manifold
- 100mm PVC dribble bar gravity feed with 100mm air operated butterfly valve operated from Truck Cab
- Manual Hose Reel with 30m x 20mm diameter hose – for fire & wash down Applications (fabricated steel reel)
- 3 x manholes – 1 with cone filler for standpipe filling
- 3” manual butterfly filling valve and camlock for bottom filling
- Sub-base to be fitted to chassis (similar to a tip body), with the tank connected to the sub-base with ‘spring’ type outrigger mounts. High density polyethylene wear strip between sub-base and tank base
- Sub base to be interchangeable with existing tipper body with quick hitch overcentre catches.
- 100 x 65-250 Stalker Hydraulic Drive Water Pump
- Hydraulic oil stainless steel return lines integrated into water tank for cooling
- Truck to be transported to and from Nufab Industries workshop at Dongara, by Diesel Motors Trucks
- Rear platform for access to nozzles, with fold down step, and harness attachment points on top of the tank
